I was told that education

was going to be a major key.

No matter how many hills

Degrees ’ll lead transformation,

Higher wages, liberation…

What nobody dared to say

Was that the social class of your nest

Would continue determining

Who gets the highest earning.

Inequality wasn’t going to end.

Written in one of those nights thinking about the limits of education when we do not change the social structure at large.
