Why me, talking about mindfulness?

I am an early-career researcher, and for many years, I have dealt with deep fears of failure, anxiety, and at some stage, depression. I would have not made it until here if I had not found meditation and conscious dancing throughout my undergraduate and postgraduate education. Here, a little bit more of that story
